Serra Oat-Dairy Milk is different — it is less processed and has twice as much protein as straight oat milk.
Oat milk is a popular alternative to dairy milk for many reasons; sustainability, creaminess and taste. However, the low protein content means it doesn’t lighten the colour or neutralise the acidity of food and drinks the same as dairy milk.
With lower temperature processing and the addition of a small amount of dairy protein, Serra Oat-Dairy Milk is a unique drink that functions like dairy milk, has outstanding health and environmental benefits, and tastes great.
